Automatically manage the extension. Support for TankType in publish path.

Details: - The engine now keeps track of what extension is installed in Photoshop and will launch Extension Manager to upgrade if it isn't installed or out of date. - TankType is now supported in the publish template.

Uses new API methods for finding disk locations. Updated manifest to include more metadata.

Windows now not always on top on OSX. Fix for Photoshop hanging during PySide dialogs on Windows.

Details: Changed the wait timeout in flexbase whilst it is waiting for a response to force processing of events in the QApplication. This is to avoid problems with Photoshop becoming blocked when the Tank dialogs are parented to the Photoshop application window under Windows. Added in calls to activate python when showing dialogs. Updated flex timeout code to force updates on a fixed interval.

Extra debugging and windowing support for publish compatibility.

Details: Updated bundle for Boolean support. Extended debug logging to tank full tank logger. Excepthook logging for console. Provide a messageBox method. More detailed flex stack traces. Support for unicode.
